Our Story

We met in the ocean! In the summer of 2021, as we were emerging from our pandemic eras—we each decided to join CIBBOWs, the open water swim club that meets in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Allaire's intentions were athletic—she was cross-training. Grace was desperate to speak to someone that didn't address her in Russian first.
